Adwords account keeps getting suspended - Malware issue please help.

Hi there,
i run an adwords PPc campaign for a small local business.
The campaigns have been running for about a yea rno problem but in the last few weeks their ads keep getting suspended due to an issue with malware on the sited.
But I have run google webmaster tools and it says no malware present, run Sucuri scan on site...it says all is ok. So i re-submit site for review...then Google agrees its ok and starts serving ads again.

Then about a week later another malware issue and the ads get suspended.


Should i change hosting company?
currently site is hosted with Hostnine.

Anyone any advice out there?

Well, it's probably a malware that renew itself every now & then. Try a new hosting, and see for your self. But first, make sure to copy only clean files that are malware free

The first thing you need to do is to change the hosting and as "mrblackjack" said make sure to copy only Malware-free data from this database onto the new one! And try NOT to get in this problem again. Your account can get suspended like this permanently. It will be repeated violation of Google Ad Policies.

I'm not sure changing hosts will help.
Most reputable webhosting companies handle security quite well.

Maybe you just didn't clean up your website well enough and malware re-installed itself (it can to that easily).
It's enough that you miss 1 single .php file and it can be used to re-install all the malware from before.

If you're using cPanel you can use "Virus Scanner" to find some of the infected files.
In most cases you just need to know what you're looking for to remove everything.

Are you using Joomle, Wordpress or something else?

EDIT: If you're on cPanel and are using J or WP, hit me up via PM, I think I can help with this.

It could either be due to someone hacking your site and injecting malware to it or if you're using a wordpress theme, it's possible that someone is controlling your site via wordpress' vulnerabilities.
