Adwords account banned

Hi, I have read hell lot of discussions regarding the google adwords account ban still I do have few questions regarding that.

Recently I made a website to generate tech support calls. Its really generating awesome quantity and quality calls. In order to make sure we need backup I made another adwords account, different domain and has taken different template to design the website and submitted it to google adwords.

Yesterday both the account were banned. I am not sure how they found my both the account. Here are my questions.

Is google really record mac address to find the multiple account?
Is google track multiple accounts using cookie?
Do they care about the multiple accounts from the singe ip address?

As I understand as per the discussions google track the mac address but what I didn't understand is do they record both my pc and router mac address and what more they record?

What are the ways to make multiple accounts and make sure those should not be banned. I am using fruadfilter alias fruadbuster cloaker now I am planning to move JCI.

How did you created both accounts? Is it on same pc which you created accounts?

google just ban new adwords account...created some once cc details are added they will be banned.

Use PP to be linked to adwords acc not sure if its available in your country.
Use different cc details
Use VPS 1 per account

Can I different vps from the same network? Because in my country its little bit hard to find a cheap vps so Let us suppose I have a vps1 and the vps ip is 1.1.1.1 and for other adwords account can I use 1.1.1.2 ip address? Its really hard to use different ip address for each account. Because I need to create hell number of accounts. As I heard google wont care about ip because it can be shared with any one on the network, is that true?

use amazon aws and you can create a lot of accounts. it is free of cost to use them. who said that you can have multiple accounts in adwords without issues. If one gets closed, the related accounts get closed without any information.

I created last last week 100 gmail accounts in same IP and they are alive...
what i do is I create gmail accounts then log it in a vps then create adwords account on it.. your cc/vcc must be good for it not to be suspended...

well if you're having a hard time then buy an account easy

Amazon aws? They they will definitely ban my id. See the below link.

NEVER create more than one account on the same IP, if one gets banned, they are just gonna link the other one. Same goes for CC, dont reuse them.

thats interesting, can you recommend a good cc/vcc provider?

1. Not Quality Gmail Account (HQ Acc != PVA & Aged Acc)
2. Don't Be Relate By Google
