I got a company contacting me if i want them to do my adwords for local business

for an example they wanting $100 a month, now if i spend that exact money will i get the same results

they are a Premier Google Partner, do they get discount or priority

read some online and do it yourself, there are many guides and there is no reason to pay someone else to do it for you.

i was just wondering if they got discount on keywords regards bidding price as they are premier partner

They do not have a discount even if they are a Premiere Google Partner. The cost per click stays the same for all publishers in Google.

No discount for being any type of Google partner.

If you know what you are doing with adwords don't pay them to do it they get no discounts or special treatment. But if you are very inexperienced with adwords and you do not have the time to learn it it may be worth hiring someone to do it for you.
