And in such case, there are a lot of factors to check out!
*How many accounts do you have from the same IP and PC?
*Have you used a VCC?
*Have you used a Fake address?
Well, in such cases, your ad would take such a long time to be approved, and even after that, it wont get live because it might be flagged as a fake one!!
And if its the one and only account of yours, just contact the support, or delete and make the ad again!

Well have only 1 adword account. ( just starting out ppc)
loaded 100$ voucher when was sent to me by google itself
havent used any other accounts or fake email
i guess i will try making an other campaign

Delete the Ad, make it again!
That may help! Making another account would make the scenario a bit worse!
