I don't know what you exactly mean by "tips and tricks", but I advise you to not mess with them, since you're not experienced in bypassing their bans.

Only start this after there's no other option, if they banned your IP/name/CC etc.

Don't expect spoon feeding, come here with your queries and we will try to answer it.

If you're going to ask questions when starting out, you're better off asking questions about specific things rather than just expecting to be spoonfed. 'Tips & Tricks' is very general.

I guess what I can tell you is that you won't find what you're looking for in a forum post alone.
There are a lot of places that covered SEM inside and out, in PPC academy style posts, that span the length of 3-4 pages of article links.
I think that you're not patient to read through them, you won't be patient enough to see through PPC campaign optimization.

On the off chance I'm wrong (could be, just guessing here), you'd be best served reading through something like SearchEngineLand's "PPC academy" and taking it from there
