Advise some mobile affiliate network that can accept applier right away

Hello, I am new to mobile affiliate network although I have been doing online stuffs for some years. Could you please advise me some mobile affiliate network that can accept applier right away so I get approved accounts to start with. Tried to apply yeahmobi, maxbounty, peerfly, Glispa etc., but got rejected.

amazon also provide mobile affiliate program.
