And what about CPA? Do you know any good af.networks? But we work only with major ESP: yahoo, comcast, aol, gmail, hotmail.
There are so many cpa networks out there its not even funny. I reccomend evo leads.

You can try clickbank it works really good with email traffic if you have targeted emails, Plus contact peerfly and maxbounty if you have high quality traffic.
Could you tell please, how much of qualitative traffic would be enough in terms of open rate/clickthrough for peerfly and maxbounty in your experience?

I am not sure about this, you can call them and ask all this information. Plus you can try linkshare also they allow email traffic and i think open rate doesn't matter for them.
