I have a new site (2 months) selling clothing so it's there for the long run but so far I've not made too much progress the SERP's.
I could use xrunner/scrapebox or similar to blast it but I would probably get banned, even now I think it's quite possible that the 1K or so of links I did in the first week has got me some sort of slapping.

What I would like is a recommend for a program that functions like scrapebox/xrunner (gets links) but would let me drip a few decent links perday, what can you recomend?

How many links could I safely add per day?

    Many Thanks aamcle

    1) I'm planning on a very slow drip of links but I'm not planning on setting a fixed number in the beginning. I think that a random number of daily posts, increasing over time, will work best.

    2) I figure I'll do something like dig out my old D&D dice. I can, e.g. start Day 1 with 1D4 and after a few days go to 1d4+2, then 1D6, 1D8, 1D10, 1D10+3, etc. At these small numbers I figure I'll learn important things if I do manual posts myself.

    3) When I need bigger numbers I thought I'd use some of the power programs you mentioned but just keep them on and posting for afew minutes a day.
