Like many, I was slapped like a red-header step daughter by Penguin. After I completely fell out fo the SERPS and my conversions of the service I promoted fell to zero, I focused on other project. Lukily, Spring/Summer is somewhat of an offseason for this niche.
After two months, I decided to test a redirect to one of my secondary sites (in the same niche). While I didn't regain my top 5 ranking, the article is in the top 20 and gave me some hope. Now I would like to redirect other pages and links to my secondary site, which would become my new money site.
I have only one caveat...
I have some paid links on the site that was slapped. While they aren't a huge amount of revenue, it is enough that I don't want to lose that revenue.
Are there any solution so I can have the best of both worlds - links redirecting and flourishing my former secondary site while still earning revenue from the paid links on the Google slapped site?
