I would spend some time on the marketplace section, see what services are there, then approach businesses in your area and resell the services

You can get loads of work as a telemarketer on Upwork. Join them and bid on projects. If your proposal wins, you get the job.

This right here sounds like a sound piece of advice, will take you time to read arround but with this, the knowledge you will gain will allow you to start creating a toolset that you could use short term, but will also enable you long term if you ever come up with new ideas realted to them.

Well you didn't say what phone do you have. Is it a flagship? Can you take photos? If so you could build and instagram profile by taking photos.

Well then you can work with Instagram. You could either read journey posts, etc. on the forum or buy am ebook with all the methods available (faster, but costs money). For example I recommended this ebook https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/3...e-money-on-instagram-2018-sale-10-off.902495/ to one of my female friends and she is already on the way to be an influencer. She takes interesting unique photos and plays follow/unfollow game. During the time of 1 week without help of any bots she has built ~700 real followers. Be aware that we are not from USA and our native language is not English, we need much less followers to start earning money from brands, etc. Hope this helps.
EDIT: by the way the smartphone she took photos with was MEIZU which costs ~150 EUR, so no need for an expensive one. Just be creative.
