Hello there!
I need VPS (Linux or Windows) just for one or two months in West Europe (Monthly Contract).
specifications:
- Price =====> 6$ and only 6$ (dollars) or even less. (Even if it is a promo or discount)
- Minimum RAM ====> 8GB.
- CPU Cores =====> 2 or 4.
- Bandwidth ======> Unthrottled traffic not less than 4TB.
- Network card =====> Unthrottled 400Mbps/s or more.
- Storage =====> not less that 100GB SSD.

What is purpose of using such VPS?
Do you plan to keep it using after 1-2 months ?

I know a few reliable VPS hosting companies could do this kind of price according to the needed resources. However, most of them are doing this with annual plans and Blackfriday promotions.
 
You can check with Hosting Raja, They have very good client support, even prices also less. check reviews also before buying, Bluehost is good, but prices bit higher..

Please give us some more details. For example, do you really need those 4 vcpu cores? What you are describing here is close to impossible for the price. No seller would bother to give you what you want, for that price. But, you probably can be up with less resources than that.
 
digital ocean, azure, aws, vultr have free credit upon registration so you don't even have to pay
 
I'd also recommend Obhost.net VPS plans. Fantastic technical support, questions usually answered within 5 minutes of posting.
