Then use any good on-shore hosting and reverse proxy them to hide them...simple.

you can find many reliable hosting providers in BHW marketplace, some of them are offshore as well

Check my posts in Search Box tool > You can find many and high quality content and of course offshore hostings.

I can't tell you, sorry please visit marketplace or anything like that.
Because if I told you any provider even 4-5 or more I can receiving warning.
