Advice?

So I have an idea to make money. I'm going to do it and if it works I will share it because it's really hard to saturate it so anyways. If you could advertise to people in a local area for 15 cents a person. What would you advertise. My only option right now is to charge other local buisness and sell them that advertising space.

You got to Advertise, the niche that related to your website, so your clients get good views.

some one might pay you 15 cents per click.

but your have to code the link up so you how many clicks has been made
and prove that to the person that advertising on your website.

the above a database for clicks

the user choose a buget , you then add that buget to
a database if paypal paid yes or no, add a date and time and user ip, add the amount of clicks user allowed from there buget and minus click total results.....

i added a password colunm so user can login and see there stats of what going on live.
also allow them to topup there clicks.

Either way, it would depend on the area and what I have to offer.

I would probably try to advertise some good converting CPA offers. At 15c per click I am sure you can make a nice profit.

I heard that some people would rank websites for local keywords. Companies in the area would love to have an advertising site as the top result in Google so they'd pay the website creater hundreds a month to rent out the ad space, maybe you can do that
