Advice...

Hi,
I was wondering if there is a Program that cycles through different proxies every minute or two... also, barely ANY of the proxy lists that I have seen have any working proxies - what should I do about that? Free / Low cost solutions are preferred

For proxy switching, you can use a program like Proxy-Firewall.

Proxy-Firewall... I'll give that ago. What about lists of working proxies though? Can you get lists of guaranteed working proxies if you pay for them? I can't seem to find them for free.
