Advice what to do with tanked site?

hey, need your thoughts

i have a 2018 old site built on auction domain, not really super strong 120 RD, 30 DA.

it was doing pretty good till 2020 update, then dropped from 250 daily visitors to 25 visitors.

1 money page (homepage, it takes 100% of traffic), and 10 info articles.

it still bringing 250$ per month so probably there is a chance to revive it?

sell it for $5000 on flippa and use that money to build more sites

... or ...

post more content on it and build more backlinks and wait to see whether it picks up the rankings again. After which you sell it for 15x - 20x the monthly income and invest that money into more websites

Rinse and repeat until you become millionaire

I guess it's an affiliate website if it bring you 250 from only 25 visitors per day. If you think there is a chance to get it to rank again then I probably keep feeding it , however, if you don't have time for it just sell it.

Just keep pushing content for at least a month or two
It would be a mistake to sell at this point

don't know - if i can sell it on Flippa as it has blackhat type of monetisation - incent CPI?

i am thinking to fill it with new300 articles and point all them to money page, what do you think?

tbh, I can't catch what could be the problem or a google update is about as it used to be back in years,
it's just random and does affect many websites with multiple problems,
so, your best bet here is to take your time and make a full analysis (links, content, structure, anchors, etc...) and make sure to fix most of these,
make your research based on both of the current ranking pages/websites and your own, check if all of the keywords have been dropped or it's only related to some major pages,
and ofc, you'll need to build more links and quality ones, many websites tank just because of low-quality links that got deindex/devaluated within one of the updates
