ADVICE WANTED - How would you guys price this project?

I've got an SMMA going and I recently got the following offer that I don't want to pass up. I started in web development before the agency so ive got the fundamentals but this is still a bit outside my wheelhouse.

I am curious how you all might price something like this given that you NEED the money and the case study.

Current site is a pretty nice Shopify setup and they want the following done.

1. Customer info retrieval (need clarity on what they mean)
2. Frequent buyer program for our B2C
3. B2B page for our retailers (around 500) to order at wholesale pricing and find any current specials we might run
4. Portal for our sales reps to add orders (could be on B2B page)
5. Link (merge) with Quickbooks from the orders placed in items 3 and 4
6. Mail Chimp (or like) added
7. Training for our current (underskilled) web person.

I know they're are a few variables in there that need clarification, but working off of the info available what would you charge?

Walk away man. The project isn't for you.

If you can't work out pricing for it then you have no business pitching for the job as you will either under charge and end up killing the business relationship and get a shit review NOT to mention the fact it has some kind of "mentoring / training" requirement for some unskilled person. They would be better off hiring someone..

Id not touch that job with a barge pole.

Thanks for the honesty, its certainly a potential headache waiting to happen.
