    Hello all!
    This will be my first post to the forums after devouring all I can for a good few months (and searching every term I can think of thats relevance).

    As its my first, I wanted to run an offline seo niche past the experienced minds before I dive in for my first rank and rent/offline SEO/lead selling adventure. I just want to check Im barking up the right tree and see what your thoughts are!

    Ive found a service niche which applies to a UK locations, but mainly to one region. The question is, is it worth going for, and if so, which of these would be best first. Id rather not waste all my money buying up domains that are worthless.

    All of these services are worth 3k-8k (depending on location and service)

    1. Service name + region 1 = 200 searches/month. EMD already taken. Partial MD possible. KW finder Difficulty = 23. Moz difficulty = 11. CPC = $3.17 PPC = 87
    2. Service name + region 2 = 50 searches/month. EMD available. KW finder difficulty = 22 . Moz difficulty = 16 . CPC = $3.97 PPC = 82
    3 = Service name + region 3 = 20 searches/month each. EMD available. Kw finder difficulty = 13. moz difficulty = 9 . CPC $3.29 PPC = 79
    4 = Service name + region 4 = 20 searches/month. EMD available. Kwfinder difficulty = 17. Moz difficulty = 7. CPC = $2.86 PPC = 57.

    Looking at the above, would you recommend a rank and rent model or a lead referral revenue model?
    What price would you be charging for each?
    Im hoping that an EMD (or PMD in one case) + on site + some Web 2.0s would be enough to rank. Would you say so with those difficulties?

    Thanks very much for your help!

    Mod. please delete. I can't find the option.
    Reposting to a different forum topic (Local SEO) as I believe this is better suited there.
    Apologies

    OP you are confused what is "Offiline SEO"; in better we terms it is "Onsite SEO". Your "Offline SEO" could mean "Local SEO" but not very sure. Topic to description everything is confusing.
