actually I would be curious about this as well, I use MP for FB posting but might as well migrate my IG account growth over there as well from instagress

Honestly I'm looking for the best settings too. I've been using instagress on fast speed for months - though Its time to scale this with more accounts so I got mass planner. I wonder what settings insagress uses? because those would be safe to replicate on mass planner

I don't want to give any advice because i am new to this also,and my settings ar rather agresive.My only advice i can give is to not do 2 operations in the same time.Don't do follow/unfollow, follow/like or unfollow/like.Just do one operation at a time.

I found a group on FB and one of the moderators just explicit this point. You should only do one process.. ie. follow and after 7500 following people ig don't allow more than this number, you should reset to zero and then begin again to follow.
but rather then this, I would to know what the ideal setting is like:
- how many following / per hour
- how many delays between the following operations
- vice verca..
one additional point, in MP you have the chance to set a bunch of keywords. Should the keywords placed like keyword1, keyword2 or like #keyword, #keyword2 ?

there are no ideal settings and tbh, only an idiot would share his settings on a public forum.
the more users use the same settings, the more likely it becomes for IG to detect the same activity, don't you think?
I believe IGs detection system is well developed, you can clearly see that more and more users are getting banned. If they aren't yet checking the same activity across many accounts, they probably might be doing it in future (if they really care).
try to be as unique as possible, test the waters, if you lose one account, learn from it and adjust. believe it or not, but it's actually problems/new circumstances that help us continuing growing.

Read the instagram API documents and do the math to not break their api rules, which are enforced.

I follow 100 - 300 a day, follow 10 - 40 per operation, 45 - 90 minutes per operation, 2 - 30 seconds delay. I increase the following/day to +100 once a week. Now following 400 - 700 a day, 2 out of 10 of my accs get asked for phone verify, but all of them still alive.
