Advice on writing samples for a copywriting job?

I wasn't sure where to post this, but I was hoping for some advice. There is a place in my area hiring copywriters. It's a legitimate business and doesn't tolerate blackhat whatsoever. I'd like to apply, but I'm not sure what to send them for writing samples. They said any writing sample that shows you can convey an idea works, which, I feel, is the goal of writing absolutely anything. Does anyone have any advice on what would be best to send?

previous work or write about something you're passionate about.

If you dont have any previous work examples, head over to fiverr. create like 5 different writing gigs. If you dont get an order within 48 hours I'll be shocked.

Or

Just write about something you have an interest in.
 
If it's a copywriting firm, you'll probably want to show them a sample of how well you can write sales copy. Why not pick a product you're familiar with in a niche that interests you and write up a sales pitch that would convince even the most skeptical buyer to open up his pocketbook?
 
Find and supply samples that are relevant, take a look at the employer's website send samples that are relevant to their main service offering and identify the core qualities required by the employer and send samples that show you possess those qualities do everything in your power to prove yourself
 
Write some samples of completely different topics to show that you can write about anything.
Do your research well and structure your pieces. Also, have someone, or a couple of people, proofread your work.
 
search the relevant keyword on google! copy and paste a lot of content on a word file from different sources! then write a new one manually using the information you have gathered!
