Advice on SEO Strategies as a Newbie..

Hello all,

I'm new to this forum but I know the member feedback is amazing! So I hope you can help me out.

There is about 4 links of bad press associated with my name that I'd like to SEO to the 2nd or 3rd page of Google. The name is pretty unique so it's a niche keyword. I'm wondering what approach is best?

Currently, I have a few ideas/approaches:

1. Start a YT channel with my name on each video, then popularize. *I've already got 2000 views on each of my videos and pop up as the 10th search result for my name. How can I best use this to my advantage and get more results pushed up?
2. Use AMR to create article directories with my name and hope they index higher than the bad press. Also use SB to post on forums
3. Create a domain with myname. It will be a WP autoblog..

tl;dr -- What is the best way to SEO bad press down? I know many of you have rich experiences so I'd really appreciate all the suggestions/advice that I can get. Any ideas are very welcome.
