Advice on selling my first Site on Flippa

Hello there, how are you? I would like some pros to tell me how much my site costs so I wont get ripped off on Flippa.

I am willing to sell a low competition site ranked 2 for its main keyword.

Global Searches 10k,
Exact Searches 1k,
CPC $3+
PR2
2 years old domain
it's on the second page for at least 5 months


I would like to know if the site's worth selling it and maybe give me some start price auction price and buy it now price. Thanks a lot and have a nice day

Not so much money to tell you the truth. I earn around $120 a month with CPA offers (email submits). I started this website when I had no idea what SEO was (not that I am a pro now but at least i have some basic knowledge xD).

My goal is to earn some quick money so I can spend them wisely (AMR, Scrapebox, Micro Niche Sites especially) so I can have a better foundation on my SEO software and have an easier and better start on my SEO journey.

I am thinking to earn around $600-$1000 from this sale but I am not sure if I ask too much or too low.

Do you have data of that that goes back a few months? At 120 a month on average you could probably sell for about 6-10 months worth... so 720-1200 ish. My suggestion would be to set a reserve at around 600 and BIN @2000. I've sold once before, but if you truly want to ask someone with authority on the subject, hit up meathead123 here on the forums.

A member sent me a message and told me not to sell the site because it has potential (if i build similar keywords to inner pages). i thought the site was pretty "dead" but i guess i needed someone to open my eyes

I guess thats what i ll do, it will also be a great practice for me for off page seo. And if i manage to increase traffic and PR i guess i ll sell it for more money.
