Advice on Selling a Services Based Website

Hey Guys, So I have an SEO site that i've not really done anything with for about a year, it still ranks well and has been running for 4 - 5 years with a decent amount of traffic constantly.
I'm not cheap though and I think people are put off by this after the huge increase in spam garbage links offered for $2.

The problem is that i'm not able to find a platform to sell on, I tried Empire Flippers a few years back and they said it was kinda worthless as I can't sell my client base with the site and they would have to just go through all the new leads manually. It would need work done to make a ROI but it's an established site which used to rank much higher when I had the time. Flippa is a joke and Digital Point seems to be dead these days. Does GoDaddy do this kinda thing in the auction? It's a UK based site only so that's something I need to consider. I don't want to offer SEO to clients anymore as I do it for myself and life is far less stressful now, making the site kind pointless to me

I also have no idea how much to charge, any advice would be great, please -don't- PM me, this is not a sales thread.

I may have a buyer within my networks already, or if worst comes to worst I am sure...
I can lead you in the right direction.
I can't At all Tell you that whatever it is you have is worth these types of sales prices.
I have many many more for lower amounts, as well as many more private sales, other marketplace sales ect...
