Advice on researching the comp - Spyfu, Keywordspy?

There is a competitor that I want to research and find out how they are getting their leads and what amount of traffic they are getting.

I have looked at Spyfu but am a little concerned as it only states the UK and the US markets. I know that my competitor generates a lot of business throughout Europe, so I am presuming that Spyfu isnt any good.

Any ideas or tips on how I can research these guys, need to produce a report.

Is he doing any PPC? if so you can check out PPCspy. Do you have the SEO plugins for firefox?
