Advice on Rating Sites

Pretty much the business I'm interested in has no reviews or negative reviews on Yelp and all other review sites. I'm looking to get some positive reviews out there. I've already read the forums and understand some of the "gotchas". Such as: - Account has to be created for X number of days so it doesn't look suspicious - Other reviews must have been made - Can't come from the same IP (obviously) I understand all the NOTs, but what I'm lookin for is a "how to" or maybe some guides or "insider info". Want somebody that has plenty of rep on the forum. Preferably experience doing this - and maybe some tools that could help out. Willing to give 100.
