Advice on Ranking a Franchised Site Location?

I am looking advice to ranking a franchise business that has the location on a page like this example.com/city

The site is on the 6th page since we purchased the franchise and has a DA of 58 but there are no backlinks and the page has a PA of 0 or 1. Is the smart method to build PA by adding to local directories and social media profiles with proper NAP or is backlinking something that can generate higher page authority to my page?

You should try both building backlinks from relevant authority sites and also add it to local directories to increase PA.

You can still submit it and get the postcard delivered to the physical address from G. Once getting the local listing verified start working on your SEO campaign, I mean you can start at anytime, but I don't really know what exactly you are trying to do and what your niche is. Best of luck.

I'd buy some SEO service here on BHW and some ads on Facebook till you get good position in G.
