Advice on promoting video's

I would like to learn more on how to promote youtube video's to improve the views. My main technique is to get the video posted on blogs or forums, which sometimes works (depending on the quality of the video).

Do you guys have any insight to share?

I think the easier way is to upload around 100 videos for example, in many accounts, so if you get 50 views a day per video, thats 5000 views in total, and you stay below the radar!

You can use bots to make it automated!

Are there any bots that mass upload?

For example, you have 1 video and want it uploaded to say 100 Youtube accounts as quickly as possible.

What would you all advise for this job?
