Well you don't need to rotate all the time. But lots of reddit users have changing IPs constantly especially the ones who use it on mobile as their IP is dynamic.
If you wan to avoid constant rotation, set up manual rotation and rotate the IP only when you get banned or you plan to use another account.

ISP static residential IP will be a good bet?
 
I'd use 4G/5G mobile proxies: Make sure to request a test, ascertain the proxy quality or fraud score if everything is fine try with one account till you sure no bans is happening. Then you can scale.
 
Even residential are banned in some cases (impossible to log in). If you're buying an account it's important to get as close to the account creation location as possible
