Advice on offshore server

Hi,

I am based out of Canada, and I am looking for a dedicated server based offshore (Switzerland, Netherlands, Sweden, Iceland, and any other country with solid privacy rules). They must be 100% confidential/annoymous(don't disclose information). The specs I am looking for 32gb of ram, and 2 tb of hard drive space. I am looking to set up my pgp(secure email messaging, and instant messaging) network for secure communication between my companies devices. Price is not necessarily an issue, what is more important is security, uptime, and reliability. I am looking for opinions from personal experience, and what servers you guys would recommend. I am not looking for resellers, and someone with a secure facility(warehouse, safe,fire proof etc)

I use HostHatch.com and have never had any issues with them.

I'm not sure if they meet all the requirements you are asking about. But I did a bit of research before signing up with them a couple years ago and found good feedback about them (both here on BHW and other places on the web) being anonymous and ignoring DMCA, etc.

But I am looking for a dedicated server, they only offer VPS.
