Try dealing directly with customers who left you negative feedback.Try to resolve the issues amicably and also take into consideration how much those 2 negative feedback affect your account. If it is important to you and you want them to be removed then "pay" the customers who left negative feedback their demands and ask for feedback revision. If its not affecting that much your account then leave it be.

if you are new you must deal with customers to remove those 2 negative feedback's
even if you will refund them

9 times out of 10 once a customer has left neg feedback theyll be douches and not ever change it.

then another large chunk of people wont even respond to you. not everyone checks their ebay every day. 3 years ago when i was jsut a casual ebay shopper id log on, buy an item, and itd be 6 months before i got on again.

    with that said:
the best way to get rid of neg feedback that ive learned is to try and get in contact with the buyer directly, offer a compromise, but secretly try to get them to extort a refund from you and keep the item. Once they do that call ebay and explain your situation, and make sure to say they said theyd only agree to change feedback if you refunded them and gave them the item. thats an instant removal of a neg feedback.

97% is still very decent, even for eBay.

The only advice I can give is perform better next time.

Most eBay buyers take shipping time, packaging etc. very seriously. So take care of shipping your time on time, having a good package next time, and you won't receive negative feedback any more.

You can try contacting the buyers and tell them to remove the negative feedback, but I doubt they are willing to do so.

That's one heck of a trick :) You would not want to do that unless the item is not expensive...

I've had an ebay account for several years and luckily have only had to deal with negative feedback on two occasions. BOTH times, even though I know the item I shipped was was in good condition, I communicated with the buyer through several emails. For the first, I refunded the money and they still kept the item (dirtbag) but they retracted the negative feedback. For the second, I got (a little) smarter and offered to refund half the cost and that satisfied the buyer and they also retracted the negative feedback. I have 100% positive over several hundred transactions. A lot depends on the items/situation. For some items, I'll add insurance even if the buyer doesn't ask for it, just to CYA. I've had several other pretty intense email conversations with other folks but usually fake-polite conversations and/or offering a refund after receiving the item back prevents the inconvenience and hassle of negative feedback. Some may not agree, but I feel its worth the extra steps to keep (at least my primary) Ebay account in good standing. Hope this helps!

That is the downside in eBay business. But since customers are always right, you just have to deal with it professionally. In spite of the buyer threatening to leave negative feedback, it is still worth it to abide in his terms until the buyer is satisfied. After all, feedback represents the seller's image and it really matters to most buyers.
