advice on my Youtube channel

My Youtube channel has over 900 subscribers, over 680,000 views on 640 videos. It is not meant to be blackhat or get banned in any way since it is linked to my website. I suck at all this. So my question is, what should I do to maximize this site, without taking any chances on getting banned, since that would be catastrophic?

I make the adsense payout each month. My views have gone up and so are my earnings. last month i made $250 from youtube and this month i am at about $220. So i am accidentally getting better. i just want to do all i can. right now, i dont really do anything other than post the videos on my site and tweet them. any advice is appreciated

go sign up at http://www.enhanceviews.net and add custom comments and likes to popular videos, they will rank better in searches and will get suggested video hits

As for tips, maybe you can use Vagex or a views service to bump up some of your other videos views/stats so that they can get some traction and receive more natural views. Disable adsense on the video before you do that though, then re-enable it once you finished bumping the stats up

thanks for the advice. didnt think of that, since i really dont want to do anything to jeopardize the account! but i did remove the link. and i used to use those services, but i was afraid of them since here and there people got accounts banned for using them. didnt want to take the chance. maybe just the comments are safe.

is it safe to use these services on non-adsense videos if the rest of your account has adsense?

I have used skittles Viralsocials.com for views since he started a while ago, 100% safe way if you need views and they run pretty cheap, or if you just want ratings use sites like addmefast and youlikehits

Yes if you disabled adsense on the video you are bumping up it's safe, I myself have never experienced any problems using any of the services I have told you about, I can't say for any others

My first suggestion is to try to organize those videos by playlist. MMA Playlist, Boxing Playlist etc. and everytime you upload a new video
make sure you add it in the right playlist

Update your channel to the new youtube layout. I think it's called Youtube One

Upload channel Art, add web links to any or all of these Facebook, tweeter,your website

Feature your channel AND your latest uploaded video across all your other videos.
Go to Video Manager > Settings > Channel Settings > InVideo Programming.

Your latest uploaded video make it the channel trailer so when people go to your channel you lastest uploaded video starts playing there.
Or make a nice video in after effects that reprezenting your brand and choose that one as your permanent channel trailer.


These are just a few things you can do to optimize your channel and make it look better.
If you don't know how to do it just hire someone to do it for you.

btw, who's Mayweather fighting in 4th May ?

but sounds strange that you'll be on ringside supporting Floyd Mayweather who's fighting for XX Millions but you
don't have $5 to pay someone on fiverr to help with your YT channel.

well, i will be ringside with a media pass. dont gotta pay for those. lol. i dont work with/for floyd. i work with his uncle jeff, but the website stuff is all mine. its ojt for me, so i learn as i go and i am totally out of my aptitude with computers. i have tons of free credit on fourerr, so i can always use that, but i am afraid to trust a lot of them since they dont really care if you get banned.

i think the channel is set up. it definitely looks better.
