Advice on monetizing opt-in notifications subscribers?

Push notifications aren't my thing. But I've got tens of thousands of subs.

Anyone have any experience selling opt-in notifications / push traffic?

Any suggestions of how to best monetize these opt-ins? What's an average CPM for pushing ads / links via push notifications?
