Advice on Increasing Traffic to my Site from Facebook Page?

Hey all,

Started a very white hat custom content site (just articles and information) and post at least once a day on my site and on my facebook page. Have been running ads and gotten up to 2000 likes on the page, but daily facebook posts get around 3-20 likes per day, and maybe half that amount actually visit the site (I include short blurbs in the posts but there's much more content when they actually go to the site).

I'm wondering if getting more people over to the page is a matter of better tailoring facebook ads I'm running to advertise the page, or if there's any more advice someone could give.

Promote your posts with excerpts (and links) to your site.
This way you will gain not only traffic but also increase the following.
Try also running engagement campaigns on your promoted posts.
