Advice on handling Customer Queries

    Hi Guys,

    I have a wholesaler in the UK who can provide me with a dropshipping website which will be synced in with the wholesalers website and will be updated in real time. I can alter the site to my preference. When a customer purchases something from my site the payment will be sent to my supplier and the profit will be left in my account.
    My only concern is that due to the fact that I am already working full time, how can I handle the customer quires, questions, quality issues, complaints, warranty issues etc as I cant take the customer services role due to being employed full time. I also cannot afford to pay someone to attend to emails and calls.

    Can anyone see a solution to this? Are there suppliers out there who can do drop shipping and take on the customer service side of things?
