I usually read manga from manga reviews on Facebook groups. I think many people have the same habit. You can try posting manga reviews in large manga groups to promote your website.

I agree to the other reply. But post it not just in Facebook, but also in other social media. I always see manga panels on X, especially NSFW ones. Try sharing interesting panels of a manga and include a link of where they can read it which is a link to your site.

Do Shorts of scenes of well-drawn characters and scenes, make lots of different shorts
Then in desc, (or as a comment) when they ask for "Source" link them to the series on your site.
