Advice on getting directory's

are buying a set of 5 directories good? the sites I am looking at are basicly all alike just different domains... The top one has alexa rank of 114,000 and has 7000 links. All 5 together get around 13,158+ unique visitors the site ae totally automated and haven't been moneytized... I just never delt with directories.. total cost only 199

any advice would be good.

I think the price sounds decent for that amount of traffic, but depends on how old, where the traffic comes from, and pagerank.

Touche. The price sounds good, DEPENDING on where the traffic comes from, if the stats are good I would say the best way to monetize it is through featured links, but CPM and PPC (Placed between links) options should both work out for you.
