if it is exact name of that antivirus, you could face copyright problems. Read about that before you start. And if you get 33000 exact searched really its a good keyword. I'd say go for it..

I think it would be hard to outrank the AV site but you can do fine with #2 or lower spots. And as Napster said, watch out for copyright issue

its the portable version of it, I will make sure to note on the page the creators of it and just offer a download to it with one of those download now adverts for people to click accidentally and some malware adverts.
