Advice on adserver/taboola style

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Im looking for an adserver (service/software) or plugin/script to run my own internal taboola/revcontent/adblade style ads.

Don't need anything too complex just an easy to use backend to upload images/headlines/links and then display on the site (responsive if possible)

Not sure of the best way to approach it.
