Advice on Adsense

I recently purchased a site with Adsense advertising and went to open an account under my name however the application was rejected. I know a lot of people on BHW say just call them however their is not way of contacting Adsense.

Can anyone suggest a way around this or should I move on and use a different company if so what is a good alternative. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I did make the application with the same URL I figured if it was approved with the old owner the they would surely approve me.

Regarding purchasing an account can anyone point me in the right direction.

If they have allready approved someone with one website address they wont approve it again pm me if u need help getting approved.
