Advice on acquired domain

Hey Guys,

Just managed to acquire an expired domain with an ahrefs URL rating of 43, Domain rating of 39 and 834 backlinks from from 224 referring domains. The URL has multiple do follow edu links. The original site was gaming orientated. Is there much value from a domain like this ? Would it be something I could potentially auction if I didn't fancy building it back up again ? Cheers

Of course, if it has a clean background (not spammed/penalized) you can either create a PBN site from it or sell it for quite a bit of money.

Automated tools are telling me that the domain is not blacklisted by google but I think some of the backlinks are fairly outdated / spammy looking. Probably should have checked these before registering so quickly. Can anyone with a little more experience look into the domain for me and give me their opinion ?
