This is the situation:
Exclusive real estate auction house is being launched and needs leads.
Low volume but high quality.
This is a campaign that is relatively niche and limited in scope (not looking for hundreds or thousands of inqueries for rentals, buys) - this focuses on exclusive ready-to see/ready-to move in properties that are up for auction.
The Problem/Question:
How do we find affiliates for this campaign?
Keep in mind we only need about 3 or 4 affiliates, and this is not a huge bulk-focused campaign.
The aim is for quality not volume.
We KNOW that the commission and pay package is far better than what a real estate affiliate program pays affiliates, but we lack the experience with affiliate networks (which most seem to be filled with problematic partners), and we can't assign a whole team just to manage a hoard of affiliates.
And possibly the biggest issue is that this is not an automated-conversion (like leads come in and some convert to customers immediately), on the contrary, there is a process where the leads speak to reps, come and sit down for a meeting, go and see the units, etc. etc. We only spoke to a few people that are active in the affiliate world but seem they prefer the "easier" route to drive traffic for ecommerce, where customer pays small but immediately.
ANY OPINIONS, ADVICE THAT POINT THIS TO THE RIGHT DIRECTION WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED!
