hypothetically speaking.....if a morally bankrupt IM guru raked you over the coals, provided shoddy service, avoided your emails, and refused giving you any refund, and went further to insult you, and if you were inclined toward justice and redemption...how wouldst thou go about doing so online?

in other words if Goliath dropped a turd on David's doorstep, what recourse does David have?

If you paid him with your credit card you can try to make a chargeback to get your money back. If you have proof that he scammed you, you can give out his name here, so others don't fall for him/her.

Thats the reason why I never pay upfront to everyone before seeing the finneshed product with my own eyes and not the sellers eyes.

chargeback is in effect - what i'm really lookin for is how to broadcast across the web exactly what happened - i am not interested in fictitious slander....just telling the truth about my exact experience - whether by press releases, guest blog posts...whatever...time and money are of no consequence - its about payback - i'll tell you all who it is in due course - for now i dont even know if any of this is considered hate-based - right is right and this person needs to be stopped - i just want to know how to go about doing it within my rights as a human being who as been burned
