Advice Needed

Hi Guys and Gals

Looking for a bit advice. A friend of mine has recently told they will be made redundant not to bad you may think.
But there really its a case of constructive dismissal, following on from other s**t that had happened.

Now I would not normally get involved, but the employer is a complete c**k and thinks he is untouchable
as he "parades in the right circles". So as I dont know a lot about Employment law, I decided I will try and get
him the only way I know how "Through The Web"

I want to rank a few pages decrying his company and basically whistle blowing on his shady practices.
So how do I fly under the radar, I dont want take down notices etc or de indexed in Google and I do not
want him to find out who started the site.

So is private whois really private?
Will it matter what hosting I use ?

Any help at all will be great, first attempt at this and really want to get it right.

Is this a Local business? If so, a series of negative reviews on places like Yelp will hurt him badly. A company is refusing to pay me for work that I performed, and I'm getting ready to to this to them. It's a small debt, about $500 and my goal is to cost them 10 times that in gross revenues.
