Advice me a good blackhat server provider having those well known tools already installed and working flawlessly.

I'm totally confused. You posted this in the white hat section, and a web hosting section. However, you're looking for a black hat VPS server? Maybe if you posted this in the correct section with a real title, you'd have some replies already.
