Advice Needed

Hi all,

I have an existing business setup in web hosting. Its setup using liquid cooled servers, cloudlinux, litespeed, cpanel, immunity and I've spent an age making the client interface as slick as possible. A generous affiliate program, a retrofusion style design to it all and some free lead magnet style offers.

I run a regular blog, seo optimised pages, tried every ad type you can think of: push, placement, social media video ads. I've replicate click bank with their style of landing page.

I know this is a competitive area, but what am I doing wrong? If you were me, what would you do?

You have a good setup, but maybe focus more on what makes your service unique. Try targeting a smaller niche or industry, and use customer reviews to build trust. Also, think about partnerships with agencies or developers who need hosting.

Thanks, i've reached out to some devs, most of them are setup on cheap reseller packages which promote more profit and less reliability/performance. Commercially, some like what im selling but then back off due to the headache of moving - even though I've said I can do it all for them. Feel like I can't give it away lol..

have you tried community-building strategies? Like, creating a dedicated space for your clients.

Literally, as we speak, trying to implement a community to integrate into the site where people can network, find approved people for seo/devs, guides on optimising their sites and getting the most from the hosting, how to maximise their affiliation with us and links/guides to free useful online tools and resources. Its a bit of a lengthy job but hoping it will help give a USP to join.

Thanks. i've put everything into this thing, I feel like building the trust is the final missing piece, but the issue is, no one wants to buy without trust, cant build trust without people buying. Made a net loss on this project since its inception and I don't know how much longer I can justify it.

Im guessing im doing something wrong or id be getting results, but its a bit hard troubleshooting yourself and chat gpt said it would choose my site second when shown godaddy, krystal, ionos, unlimitedwebhosting etc.
