Advice needed

Hi, Guys i've set up quite a few sites and have noticed that some of them have lost rank or never ranked at all, all are indexed, all have unique content and some even have a few backlinks, now over the last 2 week or so i've been submitting articles to ezine and go and have set up web 2.0 sites some linking to the articles and others linking to my money sites, now the question a wanted to ask is should i just drop these sites and start from scratch?

don`t drop it, read about google sandboxing, build links and content slow, and you will be fine
