Advice Needed

Hi guys I am thinking of starting a site similar to flippa for low end sites, domains etc. I just wanted to hear your thoughts before i embark on this project. I understand the need for something like this, but I am hesitant in that nobody would buy or sell, I have done the research I could do the design and the SEO. It would be an auction site for websites, domains apps etc for low end users like myself with small fees.
