Advice Needed

Hi guys wasn't to sure where to post this so mods feel free to move

As some of you are aware I am launching a SEO agency, the only problem is I am not currently in my targeted location. Would you think this might be a problem or should I start trying rank it in number 1 close to when I know I am going to my targeted location. I also don't have a local number, I have only my number I am using there, was thinking of getting a local number for WhatsApp, so I could communicate with buyers or Skype.

Would you do business just online or do I actually need to be in my targeted location?

Online business is quite working. Personally, I only work online.

My advice would be to get Jr. Vip if your opening an SEO agency.

Then people interested in an SEO agency can reach out to you without breaking the rules

Yes I will invest in Jr VIp saving up at the moment, probably will next month for sure, would like to get a sale between then going go for it and rank it so even if its all online. Thanks so much for your advice guys

I think a better medium to communicate can be determined based on how you plan to acquire your clients. If it is strictly via cold-email, I think a custom email will do and if cold-calling, a virtual number will serve you good as well (Check Vyke for numbers) - I am not affiliated with the company in anyway, I have just tried them and I know it works.
Most countries esp. the US will have no issues communicating with you on phone as they will understand that you could be an immigrant. I think Skype is better for business than WhatsApp if targeting a Tier 1 country. In my opinion:

1. Custom Email
2. Skype
3. Phone call
4. WhatsApp

I will be targeting a tier 3 country I noticed a few agencies the local forum have whats app so i have messaged my sister-in-law to pick me up a sim card for whats app. I plan to be back in my targeted Geo next year but was hoping on traffic from google, but was worried if i put my Uk number on the site people would find it strange. This is a long term plan that when I get enough clients I will rent office etc. Cold emailing and Advertising plus google plus social media is how I was going to try and target my customers plus word of mouth from family and friends.

You can rent any local no from online. Skype works well but sometimes its not look professional.

Very true I have asked my sister in law to pick me up a sim card there so I can activate whatsapp
