Hi Everyone

I have a potential client (a lawyer). He asked if I could build him a site on contingency. When I asked what type of arrangement he had in mind he said he would pay $150 for every client he got from the site.

I said I would then have to have a way to know when a clint comes in. He agreed and I then tossed out the idea of a lead gen site where he would pay for leads. He said it sounded interesting and he would think about it.

Any ideas how I can close this deal? Or can anyone think of an alternative to a lead gen site where I would still be able to
know when he gets a client from the site.

Thanks in advance!!!!!.

Maybe put up a google form and have the results template be shared with both you and he having ownership rights?

google voice number will track all calls, and a form will show you how many inquiries via the web and then charge per call, or completed form. You maintain ownership of the site and domain so that if he decides its not worth it anymore you can take it to his competition.

There is enough money in attorney referrals that a guy doing it in tampa was able to name the stadium after himself. (1-800-ask-gary)

Thanks All!!

I researched this a bit more and I decided to set up a site with both a form and a tracked phone number.

Next I need to figure out the best way to drive traffic (Local Targeted Traffic) to the site. If anybody has ideas on the best way to drive leads to the site I would love to hear them.

Thanks in advance!!!
