Advice needed: which VPN Service is best?

Hi guys,

I wanna do some BH stuff and would like to put a layer of protection around my IP and I have been looking on the internet and on this forum, but which VPN Service is best?

My requirements: able to change IP's regularly, cheap and especially able to properly hide my IP!

I have seen reviews of many different providers and for example of HideMyAss people on their own forum are saying that it isnt working (as they still can find out who they are: some German guy using USA IP-VPN still can see his IP is from Germany).

Many - many - many years ago ( before I even heard of BH) I have used another VPN service, cant remember which anymore and I got my ass banned.

Can you guys give me some tips which VPN service providers I should use?

One that i have used a lot if ProXPN. Its pretty fast and it is free. I have never paid for a VPN but ProXPN is the best free one that i've found.
