Advice needed: What CPA network is this ?

the cpa network could be any content lock network. common ones- cpabuild cpagrip ogads.
theyre all capable of implementing a locker as such. assuming you already have a website built up.
i think what youre after is the script to make the website. i found a footprint and was able to find thousands of competitors with the same theme/template. no luck finding what it is called or where to get it.

The script is pretty impressive. On mobile version it even shows a fake notification about a new user just signed up to watch a random movie. I included a photo below. Man I’m dying to get this script

that fake alert script you can likely find online. its simple JS file. ive used it before on my sites.
there are some step by step threads on bhw floating around for how to make a real movie site. put some hard effort into searching im sure you'll find it. when i looked up a footprint i found hundreds of clones...tells me the script is free and floating around on some marketing community.
